CAPITAL CAMPAIGNS

During the construction of the new high school, the school district had used all of its available resources to construct the new high school and to remodel the current high school building into a middle school.  It was the $367,000 in Mount Vernon Foundation contributions to the ‘Fulfilling the Promise’ Capital Campaign that provided the necessary funds to help the school district finish the buildings.

Currently, the Foundation is working on funding for a new activities complex that will be used by both Fine Arts and Athletics.
